October 19th, 2015, all organizations of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan celebrated their professional holiday - the 20th anniversary of the creation. The solemn meeting was held in the recreation center of "Kurmangaza" in Atyrau. On behalf of the regional authorities with congratulations were made by the chief of regional management on mobilization preparation, civil defense, prevention and liquidation of accidents and natural disasters, Nurtas Mukhtarov

Then the audience was addressed by the head of the Department for Emergency Situations of Atyrau region Colonel Bolatbek Omarov “We always remember that the purpose of our service - is,  first of all, protect the public from a variety of emergency situations. We are grateful to the veterans who imparted to us the knowledge and experience. In this significant day, I would like to express gratitude to the veterans and colleagues, and wish to them good health, inexhaustible energy, success in the difficult but noble work."

At the solemn meeting, a row of employees and veterans of the Emergency Situations Department were awarded by diplomas, departmental awards, and letters of appreciation.

The celebration was also attended by representatives of YKK Kazakhstan company. The company was represented by rescuers, repeatedly went to the challenges and work side by side with the employees of the Emergency Situations Department.

YKK Kazakhstan was awarded the certificate for great contribution and assistance in the development of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The award was received by General Director, Yuriy Kior.
