Testing laboratory

Testing Laboratory is a structural unit of the criminal code. Our Testing Laboratory is accredited in the accreditation system of Kazakhstan for compliance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009 "National accreditation center" of the Committee of technical regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of investment and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Certificate of accreditation No KZ.T. 06.2018.

Range of services:

• Testing of safety construction belts;
• Test breathing apparatus open circuit breathing;
• Testing of fire ladders, outdoor, stationary and fences roofs.

Safety belt testing

Our laboratory carries out acceptance, periodic, extraordinary tests of safety belts. The test includes visual inspection, determination of the main parameters of the belt elements and static testing (if necessary). The static test is carried out on a mechanical test bench, which helps to assess the level of their mechanical
strengths. Periodic certification of the stand is carried out once a year. Specialists of the laboratory are certified by the plant SALA, Protecta, Honeywell, trained by the program of the company "PETZL".

Breathing apparatus testing

Our certified specialists have many years of experience with breathing apparatus. We have the ability to test breathing apparatus manufacturers MSA, Drager. Besides, our organization Ekk LLP is certified by the MSA company. The breathing apparatus test includes a visual inspection and check of the tightness of the high and reduced pressure, as well as the tightness of the breathing apparatus components on the test bench.

Fire escape test

Most buildings, structures have fire ladders and roof fences, which at every time of the year are required to be in good condition and at a high technical level as their main purpose is directly related to the evacuation of people, access of firefighters and rescuers in case of fire. With this aim, we conduct checks on the fortress fire stairs and check the fence of the roof. Our lab can offer you the test fences, roofs and external fire escapes, which includes an examination of the structures, sizing and regulatory compliance, special performance tests, the design of the testing Protocol.
