SIMS (Coordinated Incident Control system) is an introductory program for personnel who need to acquire knowledge of incident management but do not play an active role in it. The key elements of the program are as follows:
Key elements of emergency management are specified in accordance with CIMS standards;
Demonstrate knowledge of Sims elements, terminology, and structures;

Training (MEM) Instruction and Assessment are primarily intended for chiefs of the Offshore Installations (OEM) and staff marked in the future on the position of the Chief of Naval Installations (OIM) or on managerial positions of production facilities. The purpose of this program is to develop the skills to Control large-Scale emergencies of established personnel holding a senior position in the Management and Response to emergencies at production facilities. The course covers the theoretical part of the emergency Management class, a minimum of 9 practical exercises with computer-based simulation. The performance of tasks by each participant is officially assessed as a Responsible Person in each scenario of the incident.
Prerequisite: Previous experience in Emergency Response procedures or training in large-Scale emergency Control (MEM 1)
Duration: 3 days.

Duration: 12 hours (1+8) 2 days.

The AIM of the COURSE is to provide the listener with fundamental knowledge of industrial mountaineering and rescue, as well as the skills necessary to access the area, raise and lower the affected and basic drilling rigs in a safe and effective way.

Basic course on the use of handling equipment and mechanisms for personnel working as handymen at production facilities. The content of the course includes familiarization with the concept of safe work load gripping equipment, maintenance, and inspection of fiber ropes, chains, steel and wire ropes, frames, ring slings, and the practice of slinging, cargo location and signaling crane operator.
Prerequisite: availability of qualification certificate.
Duration: 5 days.
The course is designed for forklift operators. The course includes maintenance of equipment, familiarization with the concepts of balance and counterbalance, engineering principles of the loader, preventive and preliminary checks, hazardous areas, as well as the technique of operation and tasks performed.
Prerequisite: availability of qualification certificate.
Duration: 2 days.
Training courses on the assessment of crane operators at sea (Repeat course)
Re-training and evaluation of practical competence of the crane operator. Includes the concepts of stability, soil condition assessment, safe load signal, safe use and transportation of lifting equipment. Students of this course must have documents confirming the qualification of the crane operator and experience in the industry.
Prerequisite: availability of qualification certificate.
Duration: 2 – 5 days depending on the training of students.
The second course is designed to convey information to students on the planning, preparation, and implementation of basic works on the construction of forests in accordance with production requirements. The course includes the basics of equipment inspection, work with fiber ropes, installation and dismantling of modular scaffolding.
Prerequisite: availability of qualification certificate.
Duration: 3 days.
This training course provides an opportunity to learn how to work with a Working Lifting Platform in a safe and competent manner. The course content includes daily inspections, work planning, controls and work procedures, complete system shutdown and post-work inspections.
Prerequisite: availability of qualification certificate.

The purpose of this introductory course is to provide an overview of the company's activities. In addition, it serves to familiarize you with the relevant policies, procedures, risks, controls and emergency response measures of the Company.

There are two (2) types of HSE Induction training at existing facilities: offshore and onshore. The purpose of each of them is to convey the specific requirements of various OST facilities to workers working in areas where there is a risk of hydrocarbons and during production operations, as well as for further access to controlled areas in operational areas, according to the General requirements for training for access to the facilities.
Duration: 4 hours.
